Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. A fee of $8.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all returns sent to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed (times may vary depending on your financial institution). CONDITIONS: The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold, i.e. in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. You must provide a document on which it is written your first name, your name and your order number inside your return. The shipping costs of your initial order are at the customer's expense. If the item does not meet the above criteria (broken, worn, washed or stained), it will be returned to you at your expense. We will write to you by email to pay for the return of the defective product. If you refuse to pay for the return, no refund will be made. For swimsuits, these must be returned with the price tags still attached.Returns are only accepted if the sanitary protection has not been removed from the swimwear. In the event that the sanitary protection and price tags are removed, the swimwear will not be refunded. Please keep your underwear on when trying on your swimsuit.
EXCEPTIONS: For hygiene reasons, accessories, body products, candles/essential oils, underwear, bodysuits, and cosmetics are not eligible for returns. All items that are no longer available in the store at the time of return cannot be returned.
All items purchased on sale are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges possible. No refunds or returns on products purchased during sales like Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day. All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions. Promotions are not applicable on the Quebec Creatorssection
All items are final sales, excluding the Womance Atelier collection. For this one, it is exchangeable, not refundable.
