Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Write to us at and we will refund the order.

When you are checking out, you will see a Promotional Code box. Enter your gift card number or promotional code there and your order will be updated automatically.

A size guide is available with each product. Simply measure yourself in accordance with the size guide and compare your results to find the best fit. Additionally, we have an online customer service found at the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the homepage. An agent is online to answer all your questions and guide you in your shopping experience. If we are not online when you have a question, you can still write to us in the chat and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Sales and promotions are not applicable to our bundles or to any item that is already discounted or part of a special promotion.

Shipping rates are set at $6.99 for orders within Canada. Shipping is Free on all orders of $100+ within Canada. For all orders in the United States, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Note that the costs of Second Hand items and gift cards do not count towards the total to qualify for free shipping.

All shipping charges, including returns, are non-refundable.

**Please note that for all orders of $300 and +, deliveries require a mandatory signature upon receipt of the package.

Your confirmed order will leave the warehouse either on the same day it is placed or on the next business day. Your package will then arrive within 1 to 2 business days* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on the area. For delivery to the rest of Canada, estimated delivery times are from 5 to 7 business days. For orders in the United States, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package. This tracking number will be activated between 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

*Please note that delivery times may be longer in peak sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day), during the holiday season and throughout various promotional events.

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do so, use the tracking number you received after confirming your order. Click on it to see where your package is on its journey.

Yes it is possible and the service is FREE. When finalizing your order, you can choose the ''Pickup'' option and your order will be ready to be picked up in 24 hours (business days)!

Pickup is done at our signature boutique, at 9100 John-Simons Street in Quebec City, or at the Dix30 boutique, at 1065 rue du lux, suite 20, Brossard during business hours only,

You have 15 days (after receiving confirmation that your order is ready) to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within 15 days, we will notify you one last time by email. Afterwards, your order will be cancelled and refunded.


You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. A fee of $8.99 (plus tax) will apply to all returns shipped to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution)..
Please note that we do not accept returns from the United States.


CONDITIONS:All items must be in their original sale condition, neither worn nor washed. A document including your full name and order number must be included within the return package. The shipping costs of the initial order are at the expense of the customer. If the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above (e.g., items have been broken, worn, washed or stained, etc.), it will be returned to you at your expense. We will inform you by email regarding the cost of returning the defective product. If the cost of return is not paid, no refund will be made.

For swimwear: all items must be returned with the price tags still attached. Returns are accepted only if the hygienic protection has not been removed from the swimsuits. In the event that hygienic protection and price tags are removed, swimsuits will not be refunded. Please keep your underwear on when trying on your swimsuit.

For Womance Maison:All items must be returned in their original packaging, be in perfect condition and include all unused parts and accessories. Any merchandise received damaged at our warehouse will be returned to you at your expense.
To process a breakage that occurred during delivery, photographic evidence is required. Please contact

EXCEPTIONS: For hygienic reasons, accessories, jewelry, body products, candles/essential oils , underwear, bodysuits, and cosmetics are not eligible for returns.

Follow these steps to make an exchange request:

Send an email to with the following information:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Number of the item(s) that you wish to exchange
  • New desired size

We will then send you an invoice payable by email for the cost of the new item and the shipping cost of $6.99 plus tax. We will then prepare and send the new order.

Included in your package will be a return label. Return the initial item and once we have received it, we will refund your initial purchase to the original payment method, deducting the return shipping costs ($8.99 plus taxes). You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed the return and refund.

You do not need to write to us for an exchange or return to the store. Simply bring your item to one of our two store locations and we will be happy to help you with a free exchange or refund depending on the case.

Explanation of shipping costs and return costs for exchanges by post:

Each time we send or receive a package or a package, the fees incurred are more than what we charge customers. Shipping costs to customers are only $6.99 and we cover the rest. We incur additional costs for returns, which is why we need to charge $8.99 plus tax for return orders.

We are working hard to one day be able to offer returns at a lower cost, with the eventual goal of free returns, but currently are unable to do so due to the high price of shipping. Most online stores like ours typically charge a return fee, as transport costs are very high.

All items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a promotional code are final sale. No returns or exchanges are possible. All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with another promotion.

The discount coupons received with the reward program are not refundable.

We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion.

You can make a return from notre page retour.. You will need your email address and your order number to complete your request. For returns by mail, you will automatically receive your label by email. You have 10 days following the receipt of your label to mail your return. If the 10-day period is exceeded, your return will be refused and automatically sent back to you.

You can also return your order to the signature Womance boutique in Quebec City and the boutique at Dix30 free of charge. Returns are only possible during shop opening hours.

It is possible, but the reimbursement can only be provide via gift card. If you want a refund on your credit card, this must be done directly in store since otherwise do not have access to payment transactions. If you have any questions, contact customer service at
