C’est votre accès VIP sur l’application. Toutes les deux semaines, le mercredi à 20h, vous pouvez magasiner l'ensemble des nouveautés des deux prochaines semaines avant tout le monde.
Lors du premier rendez-vous les 25 et 26 février, les clients pourront découvrir en avant-première les nouveautés des deux semaines suivantes, à savoir les 3, 5, 10 et 12 mars, exclusivement sur l’application.
No worries! New arrivals will be available to everyone on the website and in-store every Tuesday and Thursday. The app simply allows you to get them first.
Yes! Even if an item is temporarily sold out online during an Appointment, some quantities are reserved for in-store availability.
We recommend checking online regularly, as the item may be restocked following a customer return or a new shipment.
We’ve simplified our model! Instead of making you wait, we now put new items online as soon as they’re ready, every Tuesday and Thursday. No more guessing when an item will be available.
The surprises (gifts or discounts) during the Rendez-vous are exclusive to purchases made on the app during the 28-hour window (from Wednesday 8:00 PM to Thursday 11:59 PM).
No, we’ve standardized our launches! In-store pre-drops no longer exist.
From now on, our stores receive new arrivals every Tuesday and Thursday, at the same time they go live on our website. To get access before everyone else, the one and only way is now to participate in the Rendez-vous on our app.
Absolutely! Our Ultraviolet points of sale now follow the same schedule as our website and Womance stores.
New arrivals will be available there every Tuesday and Thursday.
There are no more in-store pre-drops: for total exclusivity and access two weeks in advance, it all happens on the app during the Rendez-vous
