For unplated jewelry, with or without mounted stones, avoid rough handling and shocks to protect your jewelry from scratches.
For colored jewelry, with or without mounted stones, avoid using perfumes or other strong products. Avoid rough handling and shocks. Moisture, the body's natural acidity levels and high temperatures can also affect the plating on your jewelry. If you notice that your jewelry is fading, consider the situations mentioned above to prevent further deterioration. Remember that the natural color of steel is silver!

Shipping within Canada is free on all orders of $100 or more, or at a flat rate of $6.99. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for delivery in Quebec and Ontario, and 2 to 7 business days for Second Hand items.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. Returns are subject to an $8.99 fee (plus taxes), which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that returns from the United States are not accepted.
